PRICES

We provide a complimentary consultation for every prospective client.  During this meeting we will learn about your needs and develop the best pricing plan for you. We will customize our services to fit your specific needs. Our fee packages are:

RETAINER FEE
A retainer fee is a yearly membership fee.  Depending on what type of service you need, this type of fee has a certain amount of hours you receive each month.   If all hours are not used up by the end of the month you will lose those hours. This package includes free things such as: unlimited concierge services, calls, up to five hours per month administrative assistant services, travel and vacation services, business referral services and restaurant reservation.

This package does not include other services such as meeting and event planning, errand running, personal shopping, and researching for a product or a service.  These services are done on an hourly basis.
 
BLOCK OF TIME FEE
The block of time fee are sold in eight hours increments. With the block of time fee you will receive ten hours of time but only pay for eight hours.  You will receive two hours of time free from us. You can use these hours any time with out no restrictions.  The block of time are good for one year from date of purchase.
 
A LA CARTE FEE
The a la carte fee is a pay as you go service. The services are offered on an hourly rate with a 30 minute minimum.
  
Our hourly rate is charged from the time we set out to do your request to the time it is completed. Mileage is charged only when your request takes more than a total of 20 miles to complete.
 
 
PAYMENT TYPES AND TERMS
We accept cash and checks.  Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee and any additional charges incurred by us to collect payment.  Some services may required payment before a service is performed.
 
Quote prices do not include the cost of purchases. Clients pay only the actual cost of purchase along with our fees.
